Ooooh we knew we'd get this request someday... '<img'>  Writing instructions would be a task similar to that of making one- so I'm going to have to point you toward the best possible resources that I could find...

"Frangia (having a coral shape) Pangaea" was designed with a technique that has been covered very well in the following Book-  
Coraling Technique
The "Pearl Splash" necklace (covered in this edition) is a great model for a similar design.  I'd suggest starting here.
