Hi Sherri!
I can only thnk of 2 plaes that carry much Vermeil and they mostly carry vermeil beads from Bali: Rio Grande and Rishashay.
I'm doing some checking to see if I can find any other vermeil resources for chain and findings..
When you say "vermeil chains 1-3 strands" are you looking for 3 strand chains? Or just for 3 chains? In chains Gold Filled might be a better and more available way to go. GF will hold up better that vermeil which is just gold plate over sterling.

I am looking for 1 strand, 2 strand , and 3 strand chains. Thanks for the info and the suggestion on using gold-filled chains.

I forgot to ask if you know of any places that carry gold filled chains in 1 strand, 2 strand, & 3 strand. Do you?

Over on the about.com jewelry making forum janatherton says:
"I bought Vermeil spacers through You and Me Silver, they also had toggle clasps and headpins, Fire Mountain has some vermeil beads and findings, and you have already mentioned Rishashay and Rio, which would have been my other suggestions:

Most of the chains I have seen are gold filled, though."
That's the concensus from other people, too. For chains look at gold filled. We have some footage chain in GF that you can use to make multi strand chains.

A few more places for vermeil beads and some findings are
www.beadshop.com
and
www.halstead.com
. None have any vermeil chain.
