Out of stock items

Unfortunately, the vendor has stopped making that item, so we have no way of restocking it. We recently sold the last of those charms. Since it never appeared in our previous catalog, our staff has gone ahead and removed it from the online store.

However, as a general note, discontinued items that have appeared in print do remain our online store for a period of time after we run out of them. We do this to help our customers - it could be confusing and frustrating if you'd previously ordered an item from our catalog, and you typed its name or stock number into our online search, but nothing came up. You might think you'd gotten the number wrong, or that our store was malfunctioning. But by leaving that discontinued item in our store, it will still pull up for you, so you can see that it has been marked "discontinued."

To address your other question, we fill and ship each order within a day of it being placed, so the amount of time until it reaches you depends on where in Canada you are located (we are in Spokane, WA... so closest to B.C.) and the shipping method you select.
