Discrepancy in online order

Hi,

I recently placed an online order from your website for several items and encounter:
1) Discrepancy in the pricing
- Pricing sent to my email when I ordered versus the actual price of the invoice and charged on my card.
2) Incorrect item was shipped to me

May I know where and how I can get this resolved? I tried calling the toll-free number but it was not available nor did I get a response on my email. Please help. Thank you.

We will be moving to a new warehouse (just a mile away from our current location) this spring, and the phone company started the move a few months early.  '>
