I'm astonished by how quickly you folks respond to customer requests for stock items. And as 2004 closes out, I'd just like to say thank you to Polly, Mary, MetalMan, Russ et al. for all your help, advice, instructions, and searches for special items. You've started a wonderful forum here and worked very hard to make it a great place to look for help.
Thank you all for all you've done!
a grateful customer,
Luann

Thank you Luann!
I can't believe I didn't see this posting until now ... ok actually, I can.
The last couple of weeks before Christmas, Melissa (writebrainedwoman) and I were working literally around the clock, to wrap up our 2005/2006 catalog. We worked from 8 in the morning until midnight (or even 5:00 in the morning) nearly every day, for most of December.
So if you find any truly absurd typos, you'll know why.

The new catalog is getting mailed this week, and will arrive at most US and Canadian locations in early February.
It has 30% more pages than our last catalog, and is full-color throughout!
We're pretty excited by how it turned out. We've had a black & white catalog for decades, with only a few full-color pages in the last 6 or so years.
The new catalog will be online January 24th. It will be in PDF format, rather than regular html pages. This will make the pages much easier for people to print, without the edges of the information and images getting cut off. Our online store will still be the quickest way to find most things, plus won't require people to download the PDF reader.
Once the new catalog is online, I'll come back and put a few links into this posting.
