adjustable ring bezel blanks

Can you tell me if item # 51-792-285-3 has the adjustment area at the top under the bezel or on the palm side of the finger? Is it similar to the adjustable section on item #51-201-1 which I've used before? Also, are there any "top" adjustment ring blanks that have smaller bezel cups? The ones you have are pretty big. Last, but not least, any round shape, top-adjustable bezel ring blanks? I see oval, rectangle and square but no round.
Thanks!

The overlap for adjustment on 51-792-285-3 (and other colors) as well as on 51-793-244-3 (and other colors) is underneath the bezel cup, similar to 51-201-1. These three styles are the only bezel ring styles that we carry with the adjustment in that location.
