I bought  some electroplated leaves 2 days ago. And I'm interesting how should care these pendants.
Do electroplated leaves change there colors?

Thanks!

They don't change their colors with the seasons if you were hoping that very special quality.  Sad

They are electroplated and, like all plated goods, will lose the finish with wear, body acids, chemicals  and abrasion. The loss on bright finishes will be more noticeable than on the antiqued finishes.

The electroplated leaves are real leaves under the layers of metal so they are a little fragile although probably less fragile than an unplated leaf.

Does that help?

Your answer was oriented me. I read that these leaves were treated with copper, not with silver, gold or other strong metal and after that I not expect many Wink
There aren't anything immortally smile

Only I hope that these leaves don't cause allergy.

These leaf pendants are usually not worn against the skin. There is little chance of skin allergy reaction unless the metal touches the skin.

You are correct about the first layer on the leaf being copper.
If I remember the details correctly the leaves are first prepared so that only the veins are left.
then it is coated with a paint like material that will accept the copper plating.
(Electroforming is the correct name for this process.)
After copper coating, the other layers are put on to give it the desired final finish.
