Double Lens Head Magnifier with LED Lights (Stock#: 69-401 , p. 575),
How many inches will the band go down to? Will it fit a very small, youth size head>

OK, got it measured for you:
This magnifier's head strap adjusts from about 18" around (small head
) up to about 26" around (extraordinarily large noggin
).
