Stinging beads without a visable tie

I made a anti-synclastic bangle bracelet. This form is like the letter "U". then I thought of putting a string of beads around the "valley" on the outer side. How would you attach the two ends of beads with the monofilament that the beads are normally purchased. I tied a knot but you still have little pointy ends that could snag on clothing. Any thoughts?

A couple of ideas:
Crimp Covers. Use these to turn your knot into a "bead".
Elastic Cord. If you have a thin stretchy cord that you are using, you can often coax a knot into a bead with a little larger hole.
