Miyuki - Toho Color Cross-Reference Chart

I am looking for a color cross-reference chart for Miyuki, Toho, and Matsuno seed beads.  Tohos are less expensive than Miyuki  So if I want to replace Miyuki seed beads in a pattern, with Toho Treasures, I'd like to know what color would be a match, or at least a close match. Can anyone help?

I did a Google search on these terms: cross reference Miyuki Toho and only found a very short cross reference list of 6 colors. However, try these terms instead: Delica Toho Conversion -- I got quite a few results using those terms.
