http://www.costumejewelrysupplies.com/ <--- anyone know about them? or have anydealings with them ?...reason i ask is, because we ordered from them a few days ago, and have been trying to get in touch with them, so far they only reacted once, out of 3 tries, and now everything has gone quiet on their side.

We already paid via CC, we just hope that they're slackers at reading their e-mail.

Re: experience with that company, we've had good luck googling for comments and feedback about various companies.  I THINK you can even specify forums and user groups in your search.  It's helped me back out on placing orders with iffy companies, and it might be useful for you, too.
