Hi

What sizes and shapes are the Toho seed bead cocktails made of? Do they also include cubes? And do they have 3mm round beads (not sure what size number that would be according to Toho).
I want to try making beaded beads - I'm not sure what bead sizes I want, so i thought the seed bead cocktails may be the best option.

Thanks,
Rachna

The Toho bead cocktails are a very wide mix of sizes and shapes. The exact shapes and sizes vary from color to color and also seem to vary a bit from batch to batch, so I'm afraid that any listing of exact components would be inaccurate very soon.  Sizes include tiny Size 15, "standard" Size 11, larger "E" beads, and then squares and triangles in a few colors when they are available in appropriate colors.  A few of the styles say "with swizzles" which in this case, is short bugle beads.

Personally, I like having a few of the color mixes on hand, because I can often use 2 or 3 types of beads from one of the mixes for various projects, and often they are so perfect that it is worth doing a bit of sorting to find just the right beads in there.

I currently have bags of the "Butter Baby", "Grape Ape" and I think "Wonderful".

p.s. You can click on the Toho mix images to get a close-up which gives you a better idea of some of the shapes and finishes.  Butter Baby is so shimmery!
