I do not have a catalog so I cannot find the insurance chages.

I have also found that I will be using the USPS as this is the cheapest for me.

I am also wondering if I can use a postal money order.

Thanks for visiting our forums!  Some of your shipping and insurance questions may be answered at http://www.rings-things.com/OrdrForm/order-info_shipping.htm.

USPS is often the cheapest method and usually quit fast. You don't mention where you are located so it is hard to answer your questions. Rates outside the US are more expensive than domestic shipments. Click on the US, Canada and International links for more details. The insurance depends on the value of the order. I know there is a bug in our on line store that does not display the insurance correctly. The on line store also can not tell if an order will fit in the basic USPS box for the cheapest rate or if it needs a larger package at a higher price. We will ship the cheapest way unless you specify a more expensive service.

If  you want to pay with a Postal money order it would be easiest to call us to place the order, get the exact amount and mail us the postal money order. Paying with a credit card or PayPal is usually faster.

Hi,

Since the best shipping method varies depending on the size and weight of your order, the easiest way to get the least expensive shipping method (and exact insurance cost) for your order is to call the order in to us at 1 (800) 366-2156 (8-5 Pacific time), and then have us look up the best rates for your exact shipment.

Normally for small, lightweight items, USPS is the least expensive option, but UPS ground is good for heavier or bulkier items.  And the total cost of the order changes the insurance amount.

When using the online store, it does require PayPal or a credit or debit cart at time of checkout. Over the phone, we can also do check by phone or give you an exact total so you can mail a postal money order.
