Niobium hooks

Hi.  I am unable to wear any other metal earring besides niobium.  Because of that, I am interested in purchasing a bunch of niobium hooks to replace the hooks of earrings that I can't wear.  Is the loop of the hook fairly bendable?  Also, is the process of doing this relatively easy?  Can someone give me a step by step guide on how I should go about the process?  Thank you so much.

Niobium wire can be bent to attach the dangles that you take from other earrings.  Opening and closing the loop on a french hook is like opening and closing a jump ring.  Here is a tip for doing it right: http://www.rings-things.com/stringing/finishing.htm.  I wouldn't open and close them repeatedly, because manipulating the metal will weaken it.
