Shocked Announcing our first ever R&T Forum contest!   Cheesy

I think the Cambodian God depicted is Yama, the god and judge of the dead.  The reason I think it's Yama is that it seems to fit this description I found on the IDS Cambodia website.   "His features are full of passion, with thick lips, energetic chin, full cheeks, aquiline nose and clear brow... his mouth, slightly open, showing the teeth. this peculiarity of the teeth being shown in a smile is absolutely and strangely unique in Cambodian art."  There is a cool story related to this god, He is the ""inspector of faults and qualities" perhaps once held court beneath a wooden edifice."
