Finding beads

Hi! I am new to this forum and really love what I have read so far. I am new to jewelry making as well. I hope it's ok to ask this question...where do you find beads like those used in Brighton-style pieces (especially the hearts)? I have also seen pieces made where crystals are set in rhodium plated silver but have no idea where to find them. I like sparkly things
'> Thanks for any help you can give!
