We have some 6.5mm bells in assorted colors.  That's a little smaller than you're asking for, but they do jingle.  We have a color picture on  catalog page 298. These are popular for cell phone attachments.

We also have some 8mm jingling bells in just silver and gold plate.  They are 26-278.

And, a 9x11mm brass jingling bell from India: 26-070.

We'll edit our keywords so that these come up better for future searches.  Those changes will be effective late Tuesday.

The Chinese factory that makes the 26-176-000 bells for us does make them in several sizes.  If you are looking for LARGE quantities we can have them made.

I'm traveling at the moment so I can't look up what  the minimum quantity is or what standard sizes they make but we can get that info for you.  I'd guess the minimum quanty is probably 100 gross or 14,400 bells and we might be able to mix the exact colors you need. Delivery time might be as long as 6 weeks to 1 month.
