I've been using PMC3 and firing it in a Hot Pot, the small "kiln" that uses a gel alcohol based fuel.  Can any of the Art Clay products be fired in a Hot Pot?  If so, which one?  Also, if I can use an Art Clay product and the Hot Pot, can the Hot Pot also be used to add enamel to the silver?

I am reasonably sure you could use the HOT POT for Art Clay.
I would treat the first couple as experiments to make sure the temperature is getting hot enough.
If memory serves, the PMC3 fires about 50 to 100°F lower the the ACS650.  You should confirm that the HOT POT fires to at least 1200°F in temperature.  If it does, then its just a question of working on your firing times etc.
As to the enamel - experiment time again - I don't see any problems on the horizon but??? testing is always an appropriate approach.
