We DO ship all over the world. Price varies by weight and method of shipping. Fast service (express) is much more than surface mail. I think we have a page on our site that gives rough info.... Yes, look at http://www.rings-things.com/Catalog_Pages/233.htm
Please ask if you need more information.
Most European countries have a very very small problem with this. Some other countries are notorious for problems with theft in the mail. We use the return address as "R&T Whsl" to discourage theft.
I'm posting this from home at night so I can't look it up on our computers. I'll check with Sky, our shipping manager, during the day and get his advice. I'll tell you what I learn soon.

Hello Lecia,
You should be OK with Global Priority. We have had no delivery problems to Singapore with it. There are some limitations to size and weight. Some things like wire or spools of cord will not work.
Air Parcel Post seems to have more delays. We'd rather use Global Priority.
We look forward to serving you.
We use UPS, Fedex, and Priority Mail. UPS and Fedex both offer 3-day, 2-day, and overnight services. Fedex is less expensive than UPS on these services, but they will NOT leave your packages without a signature unless you have a signed release form on file with them at your local Fedex office. We have discovered that for our international and Canadian customers, Global Priority is most often the most economical method of shipping, provided that your order weighs less than 4 pounds and can be fit into a padded envelope. Global will not ship books, chemicals, precious metal wire (sterling & goldfilled), large crystals, gemstone bibs, vials of seed beads. They also will not ship any orders valued at 躔 or more.
Shipping charges are based on the weight & dollar value of your order, and differ with the method chosen. An option that we offer our customers is the emailing of a proforma invoice with estimates from the various carriers. This is done after the order has been boxed & weighed. We've only had one incident of a missing order in all the years we've been using Global Priority, and it turns out that order wasn't really missing, merely misplaced in the warehouse at customs. Global is very reliable for shipping. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

thanks!
Oh BTW, how high is the possibility of lost mail if I use Global Priority Flat Rate Letter to receive my items? (cos the other choices are really too exp.)
Thanks again!
Global Priority Flat Rate Letter (catalog size envelope- no Crystal or Glass) 4 LB weight limit, ů.00 to Canada, ű.00 to all countries.
Just to check with you. Will small quantity of crystal or glass be okie?
I think you can safely place your order now. We will always tell you (by e-mail) if we think there is a problem with an order in the future.
Thanks to Lecia's questions, and other international customer e-mails, we now have an updated page of international shipping information, that gives more details about Global Priority (including which countries we can ship to using this low-cost shipping method), and also gives details about other good international shipping methods:http://www.rings-things.com/misc....ion.htm
We've included information about price, speed, and package tracking.
