We have some in our design gallery.
Please see http://www.rings-things.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=19

Let us know what instructions you need or rather, instructions for what part of making them.

There are a few ways to make ID badge holders.  The gallery link (above) shows some different looks, and lists the parts for them.  We're happy to give instructions for anything that is hard to see in the images, or needs a little explanation.

For general jewelry-making tips, check out our "Projects" page. At the top of the page, there are instructions for making nice loops on head and eye pins.  This, along with the tip on opening and closing jump rings properly (to help them hold securely and maintain their shape), will help you make ID badges from chain and beaded eye pins.
For tips on knotting and using bead cord, see this Knotted Silk Cord Necklace jewelry project.

Once remaining consideration is safety. Many jobs that require ID tags also have potential dangers such as machinery or people grabbing and pulling the tag/necklace.  Using a magnetic clasp can be a good solution.  Or simply use a few jump rings that are closed securely for regular use, but which can open (whether you want them to or not) when yanked.

There are a lot of choices for the actual ID badge holder portion.
