I should have added that I'm not sure if making something smaller is one of the options for special ordering something.  Thanks.

Thanks -- I look forward to further information.  Can you also check into whether the charms could be made out of another metal -- like gold-filled?
Thanks,

I would be interested in buying 10 first (to make sure I like them in person).  What would be the best way to do this?
Thanks!

I am looking for shell charms (sterling silver and gold-filled).  The one that you have on your site (16x14x4mm)is larger than what I'm looking for -- I would really like something around 10mm or a little smaller across and fairly flat - like 1-2 mm.  Any suggestions?  I have begun making beaded jewelry and would like these shells to be my little signature tag, attached to the clasp, hence, I need something smaller than what you offer.  I have looked around on the Internet, but I have not had much luck.

Thanks in advance,
Michelle

Yes, I am sure that we have a small Sterling shell charm available, I think about 8mm.  I probably won't be able to get you more info on it until December 30th or Jan 2nd though.
If I remember correctly, it is a nicely done scalloped clam shell in Sterling.

The sterling shell charms are 9mm wide x 11mm tall including loop.  I think they are about 2mm thick.

They are บ.00/10, and ๛.00/100.

They are available in 14kt gold, but sorry, not gold-filled.  14kt would be very classy, but also quite expensive for a signature!

Dear Michelle,

You can order the sterling shell charms Polly mentions, as a special order item.  They're not kept in stock here, in other words, but we can get them from our supplier.

If you send me your email address, I'll put you in touch with our purchaser, who will handle your special order.  (My email is davidrobertson@rings-things.com.)
