french hook ear wires

Hi all!
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what their experience has been with the Sterling Silver French Hook Ear Wires (Economy) (stock #34-533-SUB).
http://shop.rings-things.com/cart....t=12158
I've never ordered them before but am worried they might be a bit too "soft". I've purchased similar sterling ear wires before [
locally
, not through rings & things) and had them bend out of shape really easily while assembling the earrings. I guess the word "Economy" is what's throwing me off...I'm worried about the quality.
Since I'm ordering from Canada, I'm concerned about ordering a bunch and then being disappointed. Any reviews would be very much appreciated!
Thank you!

The wire these are made of is 21guage, which is a pretty average diameter. The surgical wires we carry are 22guage(thinner), but steel is less bendy.
We carry 20, 21, 22 and 23g earwires, so these should hold their shape fairly well, but if you'd like, please request a sample, and we'll let you decide for yourself.
