Just an alternative thought.
If you sell tools, have your customer get a flexshaft or dremel tools and a 10mm grinding bit.  then they can bore out any bead and make it a 10mm bead. You could do this for your customer and maybe charge a 'customizing' fee.  If you are working with any sort of stones or glass, you will need a diamond coated bit [this is some times called diamond sintered] For the 10 mm size this might take a bit of practice to do cleanly and well.
Hope this works for you.
Send me further questions if you need.

I have another customer who wants beads with 10mm holes.  I have found a few in wood beads and showed her, now she wants them with patterns instead of just "plain".  They don't have to be wood, just have to have a 10mm hole (no donuts).  She is using them for her hair.

I use a lot of large hole beads for my hair, and I've discovered that there aren't a whole lot of choices, but here are some:
I use some India glass beads, wooden beads, and gemstone beads. The gemstone beads I use are usually special stock items that we can't get a lot of, but if you are near a show, that's a good place to start.
We have some trade bead rings that work (http://www.rings-things.com/Catalog_Pages/120.htm). Here are some bone rings: http://www.rings-things.com/Catalog_Pages/102.htm.
Another option is making a peyote stitch out of seed beads.
I hope this helps, but if you would like to chat about some options, feel free to call me.
