Can bead tips be used with fine (49 strand .013) beadalon or are they better just for thread?  I don't like how crimps look even when rounded nicely so I've been using crimp covers, but the bead tips might look even tidier without the wire loop coming through.  This Beadalon seems to knot surprising well, it's so flexible.  Would it be too prone to coming undone if double knotted and finished w/ spot of glue?  Thanks for advice!

"They" say that beadalon can be knotted, but I have my personal doubts about how well it would hold at the end of a piece, as opposed to simply being a spacer type knot.

With the thin guage (.013) of beadalon that you are using you might be able to get a small crimp bead to hide inside the bead tip.  Which type of crimp do you use?
