Hi Candy,
Rings & Things has a Tie Tack Clutch with a chain and bar. The bar hooks into button hole to keep tie in place. These can be found on page 10 of our on-line catalog:

Look for stock number #38-898, they are sold in quantities of 72 pieces (1/2GR), 144 pieces (GR) and 1,440 pieces (10GR).
