What is the best way to remove the yellow coloring from Kent 'silver' goblets stored in the attic for 23years?

23 years and all you got was a little yellow - thats amazing
That is the beginnings of tarnish. I would use the baking soda/washing soda method
listed at this link:

I have done this recently. Hotter and more soda seem to help - sometimes it takes some time in the solution.
