more assortmenets/mixes. I'm guessing you don't because you are mainly aimed at businesses, and for people buying large quantities of the same thing, but I still thought I'd mention it. By assortments/mixes I mean a variety of things, such as grab bag-type collection of findings, or beads, or what have you (I really really love those things), as well as strings of multis (multiple types of stones, multiple colors of beads, and so on). You do in a couple of places, but I would be your best friend if you did more.
Just thought I'd put it out there.

well we're always looking for more best friends (or um.. at least I am)!
We do offer quite a few bead "assortments" and gemstone "mixed strands"... but I wonder what it would take to create some mixed bags of findings- say sorted by metal type? THAT would be pretty cool. Alas... I can promise nothing and deliver even less {{bows head in shame}}... I promise I WILL pass the suggestion on though.

I have to chime in on this one. I never thought I'd be interested in assortments. But recently I've been pulling out my hair (okay, tugging at it forcefully) experimenting with cord end caps and jump rings, of all things. I keep thinking I've found what will work, based on the description, then finding it's just a smidgen off.
I finally bought an
assortment
of jump rings from another supplier. They came with each style in individually marked bags (100 total) in 5 different sizes. Now I can experiment away and see which ones work best before I buy hundreds more. phew!
As for the grab bags, maybe these could be a monthly thing on your website, so when they're gone or change, you can quickly update the web page rather than the print catalog. (I know, I know, one more thing for you guys to do!)

Luann mentions an interesting way to do assortments.
The last time we did an assortment of jump rings it was in a snap lid tray intended for jewelry repair shops and stores that wanted some of every style. But I think we put a full ounce of each basemetal ones.
Watch repair suppliers sell watch pins in an assortment of little vials with a few of each.
This way you learn which ones you really need by starting out with a few of each.
