A) Yes, you can string charms like our #46-353 on <font color=red>page 144</font color>. They'd look very good. My feeling is the cord might fray easily, though; it'll be rubbing on a flat, thin metal edge. (Thanks to Lauren for pointing this out!) Maybe if you added a tiny jump ring as a connector on both sides of the charm, you could avoid such rough wear.
B) In contrast, we've recently added a nice-looking bunch of plastic beads to our stock. These are definitely being used on stretch toe rings, and this style has sold well at stores like Nordstrom this year. You can see pictures of these in our online catalog, <font color=green>page 113</font color>. Being beads rather than charms, they may manage better on a stretchy cord...
I'd love to hear other folks' ideas on making toe rings.
