Hello---I'm new at this and loving it. Been lurking in the background and reading and have learned much from all the posts.
I am thinking of making a ring with ACS 650 slow dry. Cand I torch it and how long is firing time?
Thanks for helping. I love this site!

Yes, you should be able to torch fire - the only concern will be making sure you have let it dry sufficiently before you fire.
The firing schedule will be the same as with regular clay, assuming it's not overly heavy or thick - about 1 1/2 minutes at the full orange color temperature.

The question about torch firing regular series Art Clay materials has come up several times recently. There is no problem or conflict with torch firing these materials. You can even build 650 series into Regular series Slow Dry [for example] and then torch fire it. [or kiln fire it] The only consideration is that you always want to fire at the highest/longest firing schedule.
For example: I have some A 50 gram packet of Regular series Slow Dry that I want to use, but I only have ACS 650 paste to work with it. I can use the 2 materials but I have to fire at 1470 for ½ hour or higher [that’s the firing schedule for regular series Art Clay]. If you are concerned about you firing when torch firing, torch fire a little longer. The important factor in torch firing is consistent heat control. It will not hurt the Art Clay to torch fire longer – so fire it an extra minute or so. As long as you don't get the metal clay any hotter, things should go just fine.
Questions?? - let me know
