Drilling polished stones in Spokane?
«

Hi, I am in Spokane, WA and have a bunch of small polished stones that are PERFECT for a necklace I have in mind. I need to drill holes in them to string them though, is there any place in Spokane that would be able to do this? I read about drilling these myself, but I really don't want to invest in a powerful drill, diamond bit, everything I would need to get. Any suggestions?

Hi Lindsey,
I looked up "Lapidaries" in the yellow pages, and found 2 places you might want to call:
Irv's Jewelry Rocks & Gifts 924-5464
and
Stone Image Fine Jewelry & Lapidary 892-9467
Both are located on E Trent.
If they don't do stone drilling, they may know of a rockhound who might be interested.
