We valiantly attempt to accomplish every order change you request, but sometimes (especially on a busy Monday, or after a 3-day weekend), your order may ship before we get a chance to adjust it.Need to send us an image?
After you submit a case, you'll receive an auto-response. Reply to it, and attach your image(s) to your reply -- just be sure you don't
edit the email subject line! As long as you keep the default subject line, your images will immediately attach to your case.

Mondays (and most mornings) are often very busy on the phone! If we don't pick up when you call, we are already helping another customer. To get into the queue, please leave a detailed message with contact info so we can help you faster. We will call you back in the same order that messages were left on the phone.
We're getting a new phone system! Many of you have told us that our phone system is frustrating ... sometimes it sends you into an endless loop or a black hole, or the extension that you KNOW works for someone ... just doesn't work some times. We feel your pain ... it's a very old system and sometimes it does weird things. We're replacing it on Tuesday, January 30th. The switch-over is only supposed to take 15 minutes, so if you can't reach us, send good thoughts, and then please try again in 15 minutes.
