Finishing & Findings 101 Workshop

Next Class:
Sunday, October 21, 2007
10 am – noon

at the Spokane Bead Frenzy (view pictures here)

With designer/instructor Mary Morton

Perviously known as "Finishing Methods," this class has gotten an exciting make-over! The new format provides more time in class to try a wider variety of findings and finishing methods. Through hands-on demonstrations and individual attention, students learn the why and how of bullion (French wire), different types of crimp ends, tools, specialty methods and more. Plus, a thorough discussion about cording and finding options will help you decide what you really need. Helpful handouts and a Q&A period are provided. Findings & Finishings by Sharon Bateman is an excellent reference book that can help with some of the techniques you will learn in class.

Every once in a while a new or interesting product will make a debut in Mary's class. Come get the jump on what goodies could be hitting the beading industry next!

Note: This class often fills ahead of time; we may not be able to accommodate walk-in registrations the day of Bead Frenzy.

Fee options:

Attendees should bring the following tools with them to class: round-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers and standard-sized crimping pliers.
