"Simply Coiled" Bracelet Project

Next Class:
Saturday, April 7, 2007
noon – 2 pm

With instructor Amy Scalise

Try out a new method of wire-wrapping! In this two-hour class, we'll use brass wire and Czech firepolish beads to complete this design — but once you know the pattern, you'll find it works well with sterling silver and Swarovski® crystal too. Let Amy help you perfect your wire-wrapping technique and inspire you to elaborate on this basic design.

Attendees should bring the following tools with them to class: needle-nose pliers, chain-nose pliers, durable flush wire cutters, chasing hammer and block, bead cloth and safety glasses (recommended when cutting). It is also recommended that you bring some tight-fitting, thin work gloves to help protect your hands.
