Exciting news: every month, we’re going to hold a lottery right here on the Rings & Things blog. Here’s how it will work:
*At the beginning of each month, I’ll announce a new lottery.
*You enter by leaving Replies, also known as blog comments.  Comment on any post(s) this month.

*At the end of the month, I’ll randomly draw 2 names to receive surprise goodie packs!

ooh – I want Starry Night beads! Years ago my kids and I went to one of those ‘paint your own ceramics’ stores and my son made me a mug with his version of Starry Night – it’s still one of my treasures.

    Thanks for the links!

Just wanted to follow up, I did buy one of the starry night beads, couldn’t resist! I also noticed from my Google analytics that most of the recent traffic to my blog has come from this post! Thanks for helping me make new friends!

Hey there Dave. There is an award waiting for you at my blog. LOL! It is something people pass on to each other. We are supposed to give this award to people who encourage us by leaving comments on our blogs. And since I was supposed to pass this on to 5 people, I immediately thought of you, because your comments at my blog are always so encouraging! You don’t need to post all this on your blog, even though the rules of the award say so. I am posting this message here just to let you know that I really appreciate your support. That’s all. :-)

Looks like “Starry Night” is quite a hit. I wonder which other famous Impressionist works translate into must-have beads and jewelry. Le dejeuner sur l’herbe? Degas’ ballerinas? Andy Warhol’s soup cans? Er…
