If you would like to make additional copies of our instructions for a class you are teaching, please be sure to request a white master copy, suitable for copying or professional printing. (The versions we normally give away are printed on various pastel backgrounds, which help keep us from mixing them up, but they don't copy as well.)
For an un-folded master copy, your SASE should be at least 8.5 x 11 inches, with $1.47 postage, and should include 1 or 2 (8.5 x 11 inch) pieces of stiff board (left-over matt board from poster or framing stores is ideal, or a couple of the chip-board backings from letter or legal-sized pads of paper).
