Cut an image from the 2-sided Fall Art Sheet to fit the hinged picture frame. Laminate or use clear packing tape to seal and place in the frame.
Cut an image from the Fall Art Sheet, slightly smaller than the square brass charm. Place face down onto clear packing tape tape, and then place another piece on the back (sandwich style) to seal. Rub with a burnishing tool. Trim, leaving a small edge of tape all around the image, so there are no openings for resin to seep in and discolor the image.
Glue the sealed image to surface of charm with a small drop of superglue. Note: If a water-based glue is used, make sure it is completely dry, or clouding, bubbling and crazing will appear!
Add drops of resin to fill the charm, then "flash" with a lighter to raise air bubbles. Let stand 10 minutes.
Add a second coat if desired, for domed effect. Flash, and let stand.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions to cure with a UV light (approx. 10 minutes), or place (uncovered) in a sunny, dust-free window for 1 to 2 days. To be sure it is cured, place a bit of extra UV resin in a bottle cap and set the bottle cap next to your charm. Test "done-ness" by sticking your finger in the bottle cap, rather than on your charm.
Once cured, attach the charm to a 10mm jump ring.
Add a crystal bead and jack-o-lantern bead to a ball-end head pin, and make a wire-wrapped loop. Attach this to a 6mm split ring, then a 10mm jump ring.
Attach the 15mm split ring to the bottom loop of the purse clip, then attach all dangles to the large split ring.
