When you open and close jump rings, twist ends instead of "ovaling" them. This keeps their round shape better, which makes them easier to close neatly.

Round silver-filled jump rings with 3mm outer diameter, 2mm inner diameter. 0.64mm thick (22 gauge). 1/10th silver filled. A great alternative to sterling silver. Silver fill is a layer of 0.925 or greater silver which is mechanically bonded to a brass core. It is 100's of times thicker than any silver plating. 1/10th silver-filled items are at least 1/10th silver by weight.
These links are lovely. They're machine cut and come closed, not just raw cut from a coil. They are not good for chain maille, though. The aspect ratio is very low- somewhere below 3- which means you can't even make byzantine. Summary: the links are fanta
