Place all glass beads on headpins, and set aside 6. With remaining 18, secure closed with a wrapped loop. See Basic Jewelry-Making Technique Sheet (PDF) for how to wrap loops. Clip any excess wire with flush cutters and tuck any remaining wire with chain-nose pliers.
Place first jump ring on center loop of ring and attach 9 beaded head pins. Close the jump ring.
Take the remaining jump rings and repeat, going from the center loop out.
Attach remaining 6 headpins to ring using a simple loop attached directly onto the right and left loop of the ring, three on each side. This will be slightly difficult and will require your tools to get in the tight space. It will also stabilize the bunch, making it fuller and more secure.
