Question: Why doesn't my old online-store login work?

Answer: If you had an online-store login (username & password) with us before July 1st, 2008, you will need to create a new one. Why? Because our current store consists of entirely different software than our old store. Registering with our online-store (creating a login) will give you access to wish-list and online-order-lookup features, as well as save you time during checkout.

Question: Can I save a partially-completed online order and return to finish it later?

Answer: Yes, if you've set up an online-store login (a.k.a. if you've "registered" with our store). To save items and purchase them later, place them in your wish list instead of your cart.

Question: How do I change the email address for my online-store login (registration)?

Answer: Login to your online-store registration and then click on "Modify Personal Information." This is where you can change the email address you use to login. Once you've made the change, be sure be sure to press "continue," logout and close your browser window. Verify the change by logging in with your new email address.

Question: Why does the online store take a break around 3:00 am Pacific Time?
