Online-Store Questions

  • Question: I'm concerned about identity theft. If I order through your online store, will my personal information be secure?
  • Answer: Yes! Information sent through our online store is protected by Secure Sockets Layers (SSL), encrypted for safety. For more information on data security, see our privacy statement.
  • Question: Why doesn't my old online-store account work?
  • Answer: If you had an online-store account with us before July 1st, 2008 (a username & password that saved your shipping and other info in our store), you will need to create a new one. Why? Because our current store consists of entirely different software, not just an upgrade of old software. Creating an online-store account will now give you access to wish-list and online-order-lookup features, as well as save you time when filling out your info for online orders.
  • Question: Can I save a partially-completed online order and return to finish it later?
  • Answer: Yes! If you've set up an online store account (a.k.a. if you've "registered" with our store), you can save items in a wish list, to think about for later.
  • Question: Why does the online store take a break around 3:00 am Pacific Time?
  • Answer: Our online store goes down for about 15 minutes every night to receive routine maintenance. For overseas customers and night hawks, we apologize for any inconvenience!
