Purchasing and Redeeming Gift Certificates

Does Rings & Things sell gift certificates or gift cards?
Answer:
Yes! You can purchase $50, $75 and $100 electronic gift certificates in our secure online store.

Question:
Where and how can Rings & Things gift certificates be used?
Answer:
Rings & Things' gift certificates are redeemable 3 ways:
- In our secure online store (enter gift certificate code during checkout)
- Over the phone at 1 (800) 366-2156 (read the full code to our sales representative)
- In person at our wholesale showroom (read/show the full code to us)

Question:
How can I check my gift certificate balance?
Answer:
You can check your gift certificate balance at any time. Log into your online account and type (or copy and paste) your code into the "Gift Certificate Balance" box at the bottom of the "my account" page.
Question:
How and when will my gift recipient receive their electronic gift certificate?
Answer:
You can choose to 1) have our store send a notification to your recipient, or 2) have the code sent only to you, so you can notify the recipient at any time of your choice.
- To have our store send the gift code to your recipient, fill out the optional "Notify Recipient" form during checkout. It will ask for the recipient's name and email address, and has a spot for a message from you.
- You will receive a copy of the gift certificate code whether you fill out the "Notify Recipient" page or leave it blank. Keep your copy safe. This way you can 1) give it to your recipient when the time is right and/or 2) give your recipient another copy if they lose the original notification sent to them.
- Both types of notifications are sent when the order's payment is finalized, normally weekdays between 8:00am and 5:00pm Pacific Time.

Question:
Can I purchase multiple gift certificates in one order?
Answer:
Yes, but you can only notify one recipient per order.
- If you would like our store to notify each of your recipients, then place a separate order for each gift certificate.
- If you will be notifying your gift recipients, then you can order as many gift credits as you like in one order, and send the codes as desired. When your order's payment is finalized, you will receive one email from our store, with the entire list of gift certificate codes.
